1. Psychotherapy - $150 per 50 minutes
I work with Families with children of all ages, teens, and adults. The treatment modalities for eating disorders I use include Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Dialectical Behavior (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Shame Resiliency, Mindfulness-Based & Experiential Therapies. I also utilize the Eating Competence model, Health at Every Size and Non-diet Approach when working with my clients. You may already have a registered dietitian nutritionist on your eating disorder treatment team, or you may want to work with me for nutrition therapy. Either way, you deserve to be a competent eater!
  2. Nutrition Therapy - $150 per 50 minutes
For Eating Disorders - A comprehensive assessment will provide a road map for our work to support your nutritional health and normalization of eating behaviors. You may already have an eating disorder therapist I can team with, or you may want to work with me for psychotherapy as well. For Families - An initial feeding dynamics assessment is completed to pin point what is getting in the way of your child's eating. Working together, you will learn and implement the evidence-based Satter Family Feeding Dynamics model (Division of Responsibility, in particular) over the course of 3-4 months. You can expect weekly appointments to have expert support, troubleshoot, and help you "white-knuckle" through your own reservations and food biases. Refresher sessions every month or so may be needed to help your child develop into a competent eater.
  3. Workshops - pricing available upon request
Weekend workshops or presentations for families, parents, teens and adults wanting to learn more about how exercise, eating, and thinking relate. Professional workshops for CEUs are also available on an ongoing basis! You are always welcome to email me to make suggestions and check what's on the schedule:
