The treatment modalities for eating disorders I use include Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Dialectical Behavior (DBT), Exercise, Intuitive Eating, Mindfulness-Based & Experiential Therapies. I also utilize the Health at Every Size Model and the Non-diet Approach when working with my patients. Competent eating, sustainable activity, and physical self-esteem are incorporated in the goals we set to work on together.
