The treatment modalities for eating disorders I use include Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Dialectical Behavior (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Exposure and Response PRevention (ERP), Shame Resiliency, Mindfulness-Based & Experiential Therapies. I also utilize the Eating Competence model, Health at Every Size and Non-diet Approach when working with my clients. 

Individual and Family feeding concerns are addressed with Satter Feeding Dynamics (fdSatter) and Satter Eating Competence (ecSatter) Models.
